Clean green only - no trash allowed. 

 

            Dates:     Oct 16, 2021

             Time:       9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

      Location:     Agar road (N. of Baldwin Lumber)

 

$10 per truck or trailer load 

$20 for truck & trailer combo 

Please note: Due to Covid restrictions you need to be able to unload your own debris out of your vehicle.

This program is offered by LLPOA, DLPOA, and Stevens County Waste Department

to eliminate burning, help the environment, and prevent lake contamination.

 

 

Chipper Day October 16, 2021

Loon Lake Deer Lake Property Owners Association Will host the final Chipper Day events the 2021 season on Saturday October 16th. Location will be north of Baldwins Lumber on Agar Road. The Chipper Day program is organized by Stevens County Solid Waste Department and provides an employee who operates a Front-end loader to routinely clear and stack the debris. This allows all loaded trucks and trailers unlimited access to the lot with no waiting. The Chipper Day site has a separate entrance and exist points which provides a very orderly flow of traffic for the convenience and safety of all participants .

 

The Site will be open from 9 am to 3 pm. No early arrivals. Social Distancing rules will be followed. All participants will be required to unload their own truck or trailer per Stevens Co request.

 

Chipper Day:  October 16, 2021

Time: 9 am to 3 pm

Location: North of Baldwins Lumber on Agar Road

Disposal Fee: $10 per Truck or Trailer loads.  $20 for Truck and Trailer combined. Larger Dump and Flatbed Trucks $25 per load

LOONSDAY - The First Saturday in June

Loonsday Scheduled for the first Saturday in June.

9 a.m. start at the Old Historical Schoolhouse for a fun five mile untimed walk. Leashed dogs are welcome.

Entry forms will be at the Loon Lake Library, Post Office and Two Loons Distillery.
